Mindfulness drop-ins to resume after winter break

Please note that Dr. Nancy Heath's last mindfulness drop-in session of the year will take place on Wednesday, December 15. There will be no sessions from December 16 - January 4 (inclusive). The weekly sessions will resume after the holiday break, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30-12:50pm EST (approximately) over Zoom, with the first session of the new year being held on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
