Mindfulness Online Student Training (MOST)

Thank you again for participating in the MOST study!

​

Below you will find all of the resources from both the formal and informal mindfulness programs.

​

  • The content is divided by week (4 weeks for each program)

  • The content for both programs includes (a) 4 handouts (fillable PDFs) and (b) mindfulness practice audio files

  • The handouts are identical for both programs, except for the home practice instructions contained within them

You're welcome to go through the content in any order that you'd like. If this is the first time you're seeing any of it (i.e., because you were assigned to the control group), we particularly encourage you to refer to the handouts for instructions on how to incorporate research-supported mindfulness strategies into your day-to-day life!
