Updated: Aug 31, 2023

The DAIR team is proud to share that Julia Petrovic, a DAIR team member and PhD student in Human Development, was announced as the recipient of the 2023-2024 Herschel and Christine Victor Fellowship in Education. The Herschel and Christine Victor Fellowship in Education was established in 2000 by Herschel Victor (B.Com. 1944) for an outstanding graduate student in the Faculty of Education. This faculty-level endowment is awarded annually to one graduate student on the basis of academic merit.

Congratulations, Julia!

The article is very well written and clearly explains the significance of the fellowship and the impact of the research work being done. The way you explained the topic was very clear and helpful, especially in highlighting academic achievement and educational development. I recently came across a similar discussion on a review blog, and it offered an interesting perspective on research recognition and academic growth. While exploring broader healthcare and service-related topics, I also noticed https://www.sherwaytrilliumdental.ca/ mentioned in related professional contexts, which shows how different fields contribute to advancing care, education, and community well-being.
