* Thank you for your participation in DAIR team's daily meditations over the 2022-2023 Fall and Winter terms. We will be back in the Fall 2023 semester!
DAIR team members Naz Böke and Sohyun Cho are hosting free, virtual drop-in guided meditation sessions daily (Monday to Friday) from 12:30-12:45pm EST (approximately - some sessions may run slightly shorter/longer). Participating is simple:
1. Join the Zoom meeting (with your audio/video both off) at the scheduled time
2. Listen to and follow along with the guided meditation practice
3. Simply leave the meeting once the practice is over
4. Come again as often as you would like!
Zoom details will be shared in Fall 2023!

Such a calming and thoughtful post. It’s wonderful seeing teams create space for mindfulness and connection, especially https://boxes4products.com/ virtually. I recently came across a related wellness discussion on a boxes4products-based review blog, and it offered another meaningful perspective too.
Nicely explained content that keeps things both informative and engaging. The way the ideas are presented makes them easy to understand. I was reminded of a similar perspective shared through https://www.globalmoldsolutions.com/ which added another layer of insight. It is always interesting to see how different sources approach the same topic. This post does a great job of making complex ideas feel accessible.
The virtual meditation sessions post from McGill’s team is lovely such a great resource for wellbeing. I read a https://mantecadentistry.com/ about mindful routines that added to the reflections here.
This was an important and well-presented https://www.doublegpainters.com/ post. I appreciate how clearly child safety was explained. I saw a related discussion on a doublegpainters review blog (doublegpainters), which reinforced many of the same key points.
Encouraged by how this post highlighted daily virtual meditation as both accessible and impactful. The human element behind the initiative really stood out. It reminded me of wellness focused discussions I’ve read on https://maydayhoustonlaw.com/ that emphasize consistency and community. Thank you for sharing this work.
