Dr. Nancy Heath was recently awarded an Insight Grant by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) in their 2022 competition. The funded research program seeks to examine mindfulness instruction accommodations for improved accessibility, response, and benefits for university students with self-injury or attention disorders. The project team includes includes Dr. Chloe Hamza (co-applicant, University of Toronto), Dr. Maria Rogers (co-applicant, University of Ottawa), Dr. Elana Bloom (collaborator, Concordia University), Dr. Lina Di Genova (collaborator, McGill University), Dr. Vera Romano (collaborator, McGill University), and Giovanni Arcuri (collaborator, McGill University).
