Introducing the digital RESST program

The Regulating Emotions and Stress in pre-Service Teachers (RESST) program was developed with generous support from the Rossy Foundation as part of McGill's Faculty of Education initiative to integrate mental health and well-being instruction into the Bachelor of Education curriculum. RESST has been rigorously evaluated at McGill and has demonstrated efficacy at improving various indices of pre-service teachers' well-being. The program will be available to teacher preparation programs nation-wide starting in the fall of 2023. For more information, visit our RESST webpage by clicking here.

Thank you for breaking down the Digital RESST program in such an accessible and well-structured way. The explanation of how digital tools can support research and training was especially helpful. I’ve seen similar conversations on an independent review blog I follow, including one connected with https://www.phonydiploma.com/, and it’s encouraging to see how digital innovation continues to improve learning and assessment outcomes. This post added real clarity to an important topic.
