The Regulating Emotions and Stress in pre-Service Teachers (RESST) program was developed with generous support from the Rossy Foundation as part of McGill's Faculty of Education initiative to integrate mental health and well-being instruction into the Bachelor of Education curriculum. RESST has been rigorously evaluated at McGill and has demonstrated efficacy at improving various indices of pre-service teachers' well-being. The program will be available to teacher preparation programs nation-wide starting in the fall of 2023. For more information, visit our RESST webpage by clicking here.

Appreciated the effort behind this well written post. Everything was explained in a logical sequence, making it easy for readers with different levels of experience to follow along. I recently noticed https://www.jasonranallolaw.com/ mentioned during a discussion focused on legal guidance and public awareness, and it offered another interesting perspective. Sharing practical information like this contributes to better informed decisions and greater confidence in handling real world situations.
This is such a timely and important initiative. We talk a lot about teacher burnout, but addressing emotional regulation and stress management during the training phase is a much more proactive way to support the profession. It is great to see the program is expanding nationwide after being proven effective at McGill. I was recently reading a piece on https://englandderbyshire.co.uk/ about how digital wellness tools are becoming essential for high-stress professions, and it really highlights why a program like RESST is so necessary for the next generation of educators. Looking forward to seeing its impact this fall!
What impressed me most was the simplicity of the layout. Important information is presented clearly, and nothing feels unnecessarily complicated. It is refreshing to use a service that focuses on providing a smooth experience rather than overwhelming users with too many options at once.

Appreciated the clarity in how this program was introduced and the way its purpose was broken down into practical insights. It made the concept much easier to understand for readers who may be new to it. I recently came across a similar perspective while browsing https://usvacuums.com/ content discussions, and it reinforced how important structured explanations are. This post does a great job of keeping things simple while still being informative and meaningful.
Thought-provoking perspective on this topic. The explanation flows naturally and makes the key ideas easy to follow without oversimplifying them. I especially appreciated how the practical angle was highlighted, which helps readers connect theory with real situations. While reading, I was reminded of a similar discussion I saw mentioned alongside https://www.floridaprobatelawgroup.com/ which added another layer of insight. Overall, this was a genuinely useful and engaging read that encourages deeper thinking.
