Weekly mindfulness drop-ins with Dr. Nancy Heath

Dr. Nancy Heath is now hosting free, virtual drop-in mindfulness meditation sessions every Monday and Wednesday from 12:30-12:50pm EST (approximately). Participating is simple:

1. Join the Zoom meeting (with your audio/video both off) at the scheduled time

2. Listen to and follow along with the guided meditation practice

3. Simply leave the meeting once the practice is over

4. Come again as often as you would like!

It’s finally live! I’ve been following the dev for a bit, and beads out is already kicking my heart. It’s rare to find a puzzle game that balances such a clean aesthetic with truly challenging logic. If you enjoy high-stakes brain teasers, you definitely need to check this out. What do you guys think about the difficulty curve?

What I really like about this ai video to video solution is the "object erase" feature combined with the style transfer. I can remove a distracting person from the background and then transform the whole clip into a sketch style. It turns a messy, unusable video into a clean piece of art in just a few minutes.

Sometimes you just want to read an article or download a PDF without handing over your personal data. That’s where temp mail really shines. You get the access you need immediately, but you maintain your privacy. It feels much safer than giving your real address to a random site.
